* When selecting a non-taxpayer source of funding such as booster club or principal discretionary funds for a building modification, funds covering 90% of the projected cost of the project must be deposited in the correct account code from which the modification will be paid from prior to budget approval. The account code must be specific to the program and/or initiative sponsoring the modification.
By checking the Career & Technical Education (CTE) box, the school indicates a copy of the building modification will be sent to the CTE office for verification of the project's qualifications for inclusion in the Career and Technical Act annual report. Schools are still responsible for identifying a source of funding. When checking the CTE box, grant code 3120 must also be included in the building modification.
